Return Policy
At Radiant Realms Apparel, we take pride in offering custom-made and high-quality designs through our Print on Demand service via Printful. Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges in certain situations.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items. Please include clear photos of the damage or defect in your request to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, design, etc.), please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the incorrect item. Kindly include a photo of the wrong product you received.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size:
Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. However, we encourage you to refer to our size guide before placing an order to ensure the best fit. If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange or issue a store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we sent the wrong product. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees.
